When home and school do not agree on goals or plans for your child, you or the district may request mediation with a neutral third-party. It is difficult to find mediators who are experienced in special education; we are happy to help. Because we have worked within the public education system, we speak both languages: the language of concerned parents, and the language of school administrators.
